General Terms & Conditions
1. General
The following general terms & conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. We disagree explicit notwithstanding commandments of the contracting party. All additional agreements require our written confirmation. NanoConcept is entitled at all times to change or to complement the general terms & conditions including all enclosures within an appropriate period of cancellation. Orders which we received before changing of conditions will be handled under the rules of the in time of order guilty general terms & conditions.
2. Offer
Our offers are without obligation. Small variations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. The respective product booklet losses its validity whit appearance of a new version.
3. Delivery and Payment
Payment has to be made in general by prepayment if not otherwise agreed. The minimum order value is 20,- €. All our prices include the legal VAT, amounting to currently 19%. We are free to arrange a part delivery if this should be advantageous for an efficient processing. Special types of dispatch desired from our clients will be charged with a surcharge, customary in a place.
4. Delivery Times
Goods which are on stock will be finished for delivery within 7 days (We do not adhere for shipment problems). If goods are not on stock when placing the order, we try to deliver as fast as we can. If we are not able to deliver, due to the act of nature beyond control, like industrial dispute, unpredictable barriers or other circumstances which we can not maintainable, the period will be extended adequately. In case of breach of delivery time for some other reasons than the above mentioned, the buyer is entitled to set a time limit under the menace of turning down the order in written, and to cancel the contract after the unsuccessful action concerning the delivery or service of the contract. Is the impossibility of the delivery based on the disability of the manufacturer or our supplier, we as well as the buyer are entitled to cancel the contract, in case that the agreed delivery date passes 2 months. Claims for delay or impossibility respectively non-performance, which are originated till cancellation of the contract, are excluded
5. Disclaim Instruction / Right of Rescission
Any customer has the right to cancel his contractual statement within 2 weeks in written (for example letter, e-mail), without stating reasons, or by sending the products back. The term will begin with the receiving of goods and not before receiving this instruction. To meet the cancellation time limit, please send the goods or cancellation in time.

Cancellation consequences:
In case of an efficient cancellation, the already on both sides received attainments are to be returned and possible utilizations to be refunded (for example for application – user fee). If you are not able to grant the accomplishment back altogether or just partly or in worse condition, you have to pay compensation. In case of an efficient cancellation, the on both sides received attainments are to be reimbursed and possible utilization to be given out (for example for the using of goods – user fee).
By the way, you can avoid the pay of compensation if you do not use the goods as your property, and refrain everything what could affect the value. Goods which can be shipped as a parcel have to be returned. You have to pay the costs for reshipment, if the delivered goods accord to the ordered goods or if the price of the to returned goods does not exceed 40,- €. In other cases the reshipment is free for you. Goods which can not be shipped as a parcel will be picked up by you. Commitments for the refund of payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days after your notice of rescission.
8. Warranty
NanoConcept ensures that the sold goods are free of material and fabrication faults at the point in time of the transfer of perils and dispose on the attributes which were contractually ensured. As soon as the goods arrive, the client must check for damages and condition. You have to inform us about open damages and also hidden damages in written within 10 days after detection. For an optimal effect, the sealings have to be used within 6 months. Otherwise guarantee is not applicable for these goods. You have to proof the date of purchase with an invoice in case of reclamation. The claimed article has to be removed adequately stamped together with a copy of the invoice. The guarantee does not include the regular deterioration or abrasion. The guarantee expires if the client converts the delivered goods. NanoConcept got the right for free amendment during the breach of warranty. A partly or complete exchange of goods is allowed. Should defects will not be corrected within an adequate term, the client is entitled for annulment or reduction of value.
9. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
All goods are property of the company NanoConcept, till complete payment.
10. Data Protection and Secrecy
All private data of our clients will be treated confidentially. If necessary within the accomplishment of orders, data which are essential for the transaction process will be saved and forwarded to connected companies and deliverers, respectively to banking houses for accounting.
11. Jurisdiction
Place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction is Hanau, headquarter of NanoConcept.
