Delivery and Shipping costs:
We deliver the ordered products in general within 48 hours directly with our logistic partners DHL for international deliveries and DPD for national deliveries. In case you will not be at home during arrival of goods, our parcel service will come back to deliver up to three times. Please always assign your telephone number on the order form. We do not need your telephone number to badger you with advertisement but to transact possible queries or to arrange an appointment for a new delivery.

Delivery and Shipping costs within Germany:
We do not have a minimum order value. We deliver against prepayment / bank transfer, direct debit and credit card payment via the worldwide leading online payment provider PayPal. For each delivery we charge a shipping fee of 7,- Euros including VAT. An order of 200,- Euros and more will be free of delivery costs.
