NanoConcept HNTV 2K AG a high shining 2-component lacquer what fulfills the highest requirements in regard to brilliance, surface smoothness, glance as well as the scratch and weather consistency. The NanoConcept HNTV 2K disposes on a very high impact-strength, solvent consistency as well as a high abrasion resistance. NanoConcept HNTV 2K was developed for the application above customary basis lacquers and can be uses in many areas as for example cars, motorcycles, boats, diggers, yachts and many more. It offers protection against dirt adherence, oil and brake dust, weather as well as corrosion etc. Used customary lacquers featuring after 1/2 - 1 year a loss of glance. Our HNTV 2K disposes on a 100% glance consistency up to 4 - 5 years and more.

 

Our HNTV 2K AG can be used on metal, aluminum, plastic, primer, clear lacquers, basis lacquers and  powder coatings. Against our HNTV 2K the lacquer disposes on a self-cleaning and anti-graffiti effect.  The NanoConcept HNTV 2K AG can be applied using the LVLP or HVLP procedure. The self-cleaning photocatalytic effect is based on the zinc-oxide nano particles which loosen due to  UV radiation of the sun (also on cloudy days).These loosened particles of dirt are able to wick away with the unroll of water pearls due to their distinctive hydrophobic attributes.

 

NanoConcept HNTV 2K AG is also very suitable for the treatment of rims. It offers a long-term protection against spalling, brake dust adherences, street salt  residues, chemicals, corrosion and weather.
